Birthday card

Merry Christmas all my friends. 

Remember my last post and the 12th birthday card?Yes, the one that I wasn't pleased enough ....So, today my muse arrived and quickly I've made another one instead.

I just bought some digital stamps from Create4fun and within minutes I knew what I'm going to create.
The image was colouring with copic (my new addiction).

What a week

       What a week I had ....the biggest fire was extinguished and I could have some birthday celebrations.

Oh yes....I had a birthday at Dec  6th and I spend a wonderful time. It was raining all night but at the morning the sun shine and  Me and my hubby went to the Tel -Aviv harbour ,took a walk around and had a great brunch .I love to watch the troubled water at the so called winter in Israel. 

And what was my presant ? I bought to myself some more (17) copic markers.

During this week I won the 1 place at Tuesday Trio 

The next day I was selected to the top 3 at Moving Along With The Times

And yesterdy I discovered that Orly Shamir selected my blog as a stylished one - what a privilege.Orly get hers from Amanda at ScrappnBee the Scrapbooker

Hanukkah swap

I was participate on Hanukkah swap to a Yonnat  and after some thoughts I decided to make a stationary box from this tutorial 

This is the card - it says - turn on the lights and happy Hanukkah.The inspiration to this card came from a talent girl named Dafi. 

and this is how it looks from the inside

I also made two spining tops for her grandchildren - filled with choclate coins.

My heart with u

Since yesterday morning there is a big forest fire in the Carmel Mt. citizens from the kibutz near by were avacuated. 

A bus with 40 people inside was trapted and burned. What a horrorr.

The tempratures is so high like we are in the middle of the summer,The wind outside is so strong and it's fueling the fire and there is no sign for rain.

Icould't sleep all night .....thought about the victims and the fireworkers that fight the fire......

 Hanukka is a festival of lights but we didn't want in this terrible way.In Hanukka we supposed to have miracles ....PLEASE, god,do something to stop the fire.

Oh baby baby

Goooood morning all . 

What a great weekend - I went yesterday to a copic workshop and finally i'm starting to understand how to colour. It is obviously ....that I bought some ciao's.....

From that moment i'm sitting and painting and as my daughter asked me..."Don't you feel like in a kinddergarden?". 

So this is the first card with my new copics and I'll entered it to the following challenges:

Just a note

This is my second post today

Automn is here but only by word ....it is so hot outside that you can't imagine. To feel like Autumn I made this card with Autumn colours. 

The card combined with post it ,according to tutorial I've saw at Paper Moments .This is an easel card with post it inside.

Dreams

Dreams are my reality ....

Who dosn't have a dream that he wants to come true ? I have a lots of them but I won't let you know....lol. 

In the other hand my little daughter has her dream of dancing - she's dancing modren style in a very successful group. 

This card is made by the sketch of Tuesday Trio with the theme of wings - in this case ,the dream is the wings.

Hello everybody and happy Halloween .

Do you know the days that nothing is going the way it should be....? So, today is one of these days - I tried to make a card and couldn't make it right with my markers. The second try was to paint with watercolour pencils and my waterbrush split water all over. 

The 3rd try was a little bit better but this is not the end of the story ....

I made the card accorording to a sketch from critter sketch challenge blog  and didn't notice the it should include ....buttons (lol).

So this time the card is going to enter the following challenges:

Retirement

Who doesn't think about the future?

I don't think about I dream about it. Tonight I was dreaming about being retirement ,sitting on a white beach(maybe in Thailand) with a glass of good coctail in my hand, staying in the sun ....the good life . No more work ,no more pressure. Suddenly the alarm clock was ringing and....the early hour made me realized it was all just a dream. 

So , I wake up and starting to create a new card ....a retirement one.

Tour to Nazareth

As I told you before I've been in Nazareth at the last weekend . We took guided tour to the old city ,a very interesting one. I thought maybe you would like to see some of the pictures . 

Because my english is not so good ,I put links to english explanations . 

Enjoy the tour . 

A general view at the city of Nazareth - at the north district of Israel .

We started at the highest spot of the city at the Salesian Church - one of the most beautiful churches .

The next stop is the Mensa Christi Church  - according to the christian tradition it is the place of the last meal.

 From there we went throught the alleys ,between pig trees to the painted house. At the old days the rich families used to decorate their houses with wall or ceilling paints. 

Our next stop was the White Mosque in the middle of the market - I didn't took pictures there .

Now we arrived to the Bassilica of the  Annunciation - a very impressive place  at the c

enter of town . 

And off course ,how it could be without the market -a very colorful one. 

Well , I hope you all enjoy my tour .

Good day everyone. 

I missed u all ....

I were in a work related confernce which took place in Nazareth - a large arab city at the  north district of Israel. Exept hearing the lectures we went to a walking guided tour in the city. 

It was a hot day but the views were great. - maybe i'll post the pictures from the churchs and the holy places. Because of this convention I didn't do nothing during two weeks ....

So, today is the day .....

The image was painted with watercolor pencils (with promarker blender pen) - one of my first paintings so ....don't laught at me.

Blender pen

Hello to you all.

I need some tutorial help....

I bought watercolors pencils , markers and blender pen. I'm sitting infront my lap with all the tutorials about using the blender pen but....I can't understand!

Can someone explain to me how to use it with the watercolor pencils? 

How I can clean the tip between the different colors? 

Any help will be usuful.

I did it .....it is not a secret that I don't know how to colour stamps. Most of the time i'm using coloured digital images, but not any more ....

After long hours trying to colour in watercolour pencils I decided to get over my fear and put one of them on a card. 

So .....here it is and I would be grateful if I receive constructive comments to improve painting .

Autumn birthday card

Good morning all. 

The Unbelievable just happened yesterday. It was raining ...not drops ...a real heavy rain. Rain that cleans the air,the garden,the cars. The first and so blessed rain. We all hope that this year will be blessed with lots of rain ,we need it so much. 

Well,according to the weather - todays card is a autumn one in it's colours ,but I think i've twisted it to a happy one.
